Kids and Family Expo

1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can phone with your idea or what you would like to sell. We do limit same type services and products. The faster you register and pay for your space it will reserve your space and the service or product you represent.
2. Once we know who you are and your plans and our quota for what you do is not filled we will send you the necessary forms Please fill out and send method of payment. Forms can be emailed, mailed or delivered to our office. If our quota is filled and you are not accepted we will let you know right away.
3. Once you have been accepted to the Expo and payment made, get to your planning of your space. Let people know you are going to be there! We do print some promotional material for our Expos so if you would like some we can get that to you.
4. If you are in need of help let us know. We can sit down with you and brain storm ideas to help you out.

All About Christmas Gifts Expo $125 plus tax for a 10' x 10' space.
All About Kid and Family Expo $150 plus tax for a 10’ x 10’ space.
Tables & Chairs There will be 8 ft tables and chairs in the aisle-ways for you to take when you setup. It's first come , first serve. There is roughly around 175 tables. Only one table per booth unless you have an agreement with the show organizer and two chairs. You are to set up and take down your own table, please put them back where you found them.
Wi-Fi There is 3 - 15 min sessions that is FREE. This will not support video or sales. OR $20 for every 24 hours per device pay by credit card. We will have this info on how to get wifi in our welcome package when you come to set up.
Donation A door prize is required this is to go to a door prize for the Adults that come. We have a door prize for the children and youth that come in. It is a one person takes all prize.
Payment DUE at time of booking. Show organizers reserve the right refuse entry to any vendor whose account has not been PAID IN FULL THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR REGISTRATION DUE TO CANCELLATION OR FOR NOT SHOWING UP.
Take Down Starts at 4:05 on Sunday and no earilier. We want every customer to have the same experience from start to fininsh. Its just not cool to start clearing out before the end and your fellow vendors do not appreciate it. Please take all your recycling- carboard or paper. Heritage is not set up or have the facilities to do recycling. If you dont sell it take it home.
